I've been stuck at the same number on the scale for too long. This week I tried something new (LCHF) and I've lost 4 pounds. I'm motivated now and I want to keep it up. UPDATE!!! Oct 1, 2015...Doing great and have lost 10 pounds! Still watching carbs, but not so KETO. Also hitting the gym 4-5 times a week and having success with small goals. UPDATE!!! Dec 8, 2015...lost 2 more pounds this week. Got fitbit & having slow start using it. Haven't been to the gym in 2 weeks. Getting back tomorrow.
