Online learning platforms have become the breeding grounds for Cyber bullying as these virtual environments do not give chance to instructors to take action immediately. Bullying in school and colleges is not new but there the administrators could take prompt action on the complaint filed by students or teachers. We as educators face similar situations like the students suddenly start a heated argument on a live chat during a zoom session. you can call it Flaming! Tell your students that .criticism of one's perspective has be constructive. .instead of arguing, they should suggest alternative solutions to a problem discussed in online classroom. . they should be mindful of what they speak or write .they should email if issue is unresolved

The first step is education. All students, teachers, and parents must understand what constitutes cyberbullying and the real emotional and psychological harm it can cause. I’ve implemented regular workshops and discussions to raise awareness about the forms cyberbullying can take, including more subtle or indirect forms that might not immediately be recognized as harmful. This foundation of awareness helps everyone spot problematic behavior early on. Next is establishing a clear and strict code. In my experience, laying out expectations from the start—including the consequences of any form of cyberbullying, creates a structure that students can follow. This must be backed by firm policies that ensure consistent action is taken.
