Recipe for the edible cake batter 😋 This recipe can be single serve or it can be made into 6 truffles! Macros per truffle: 41 calories 6.8g carbs 2.5g protein 0.8g fat Ingredients: * 100 g 3% fat cream cheese * 55 g 0 calorie icing sugar * 35 g all-purpose / plain flour * 15 g sugar-free sprinkles Instructions: 1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (356°F). 2. Pour the flour onto a prepared baking tray and spread until there is a thin layer across. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until an instant read thermometer reads 74°C (165°F). Allow the flour to cool before using. 3. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, the heat treated flour and icing sugar until smooth and lump-free.
