Diabetes tats

My T1D tattoo...... I'm always forgetting to wear my medic alert bracelet so this will be back up incase of an emergency anytime, even during my absent minded times. It's on the inside of my left wrist where an EMT would go first to check vitals.

medical id tattoo | shouldn't entirely replace a bracelet (at least for your name, current hometown, emergency contacts), but not a bad idea for blood type, allergies/ disorders, and year of birth.
Medical Tattoos - More Alerting than MedBands?
My little brother’s first tattoo! When he was 15 years old he was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. We have two cousins with similar diabetic tattoos on their wrists, so he was inspired to get one too.

Medic Alert Tattoo: After being taken to the ER in an ambulance while in an "altered state of mind" caused by an infection and extreme dehydration (and pregnancy combined) I realized how lucky I was that the rig that came to get me happened to be latex free. If I am being honest with myself, I am not going to wear a medical id bracelet. I just dont like wearing stuff around my wrist. So my proposed solution is to get a medical alert tattoo on my left wrist so that they know I am latex allergic.
