French Dip Sandwiches 2-3 Pounds of Pot Roast 1 Can of Beef Broth (10.5 ounce) 1 Can of Beef Consume (10.5 ounce) 1 Can of French Onion Soup (10.5 ounce) Rolls Cheese of your choice Cut the roast into big chunks. Put all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 810 hours. After about 8 hours, use spoon to shred the meat. Spoon meat into rolls, top with cheese, and serve with beef juice.
