Klola • Sourdough_Proven on Instagram: "🍕🥖 Crafted with the same pizza dough and baked into a slender, elongated form. #baguettes Dough ingredients: -300g pizza flour @kingarthurbaking -204g water -2g instant yeast (or 45g active sourdough) -5g salt Toppings: tomato sauce, arugula, fontina and mozzarella cheese, prosciutto. Process: -In a medium bowl combine all dough ingredients, and rest covered for 40 minutes. -Perform one stretch and fold: Lift one side and fold over the center point of the dough. Do a quarter turn and repeat the process. Do this all around the dough. It should look smoother. -Transfer to an oily container and rest covered three hours at room temperature, then take it to the fridge for 24/48 hours. -Divide the dough into three equal parts and make three balls.
