15min · 1 serving Ingredients • 1x Donna Hay Spelt Flour Pancakes Mix • 1 egg • 1 cup (250ml) milk • 25g butter, melted • 60g blueberries • 60g raspberries Method • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) • Prepare pancake mix to packet instructions • Pour mix into a greased 20x30cm baking tray • Top with blueberries and raspberries • Place into the oven for 12 - 14 minutes • Cool slightly before cutting into 8 pieces
