-1lb of lean ground beef
-1/2 cup non fat cheddar cheese 
-16 mission mini street taco tortillas 
-1 red bell pepper 
-1/2 red onion 
-4 oz green chillies 
-1 packet low sodium taco seasoning 

-Air fry @ 400 8-10 min 

Or

-Bake @ 380 20-25 min

To ensure your corn tortilla shells stay intact, try heating up only half (8) tortillas at a time. Wrap them in a damp paper towel, then in foil, and bake them in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes. This method helps maintain their structural integrity.
