Santa Fe Lime Rice 1 c uncooked long-grain white or jasmine rice 2 c chicken broth 1/4 tsp salt juice of 1/2 lime 2 Tbsp butter 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro 1/4 tsp ground cumin 1.
