As an Austrian House with infinite facets of savoir-faire, our heritage in the world of Haute Couture dates back to Paris in the 1890s. For this year's Met Gala couture looks, designed by Global Creative Director Giovanna Engelbert, we composed, embellished and embroidered five exquisite silhouettes with hundreds of thousands of crystals and jewels for "The Garden of Time" dress code. #Swarovski #MetGala

Affixed with 3D flowers, Karlie Kloss’s 2024 Met Gala gown featured falling petals—a reminder of the fleeting cherry blossom season.

Karlie Kloss embodied the crystal Flower, gracing the red carpet with an embroidered pink silk jersey gown, encrusted with 180,000 crystals and jewels from our Florere and Millenia families that took 225 hours to create. #Swarovski #SwarovskiFlorere #SwarovskiMillenia #MetGala

Irina Shayk represented Air in a crystal mesh couture gown that took 200 hours to create. The form fitting look created the illusion of light skimming her body, evoking the fluid movement and ethereal nature of the element. It took 900 hours to embroider the gown with 55,000 crystals and beads. The look was completed with matching crystallized gloves and jewelry. #Swarovski #SwarovskiGema #MetGala
