Use this board as a loose guide to wardrobe and not at all like how the shoot will actually look. Draw inspiration only from the shapes and structure of the garments—stick with pale neutrals and pastels for the actual choices. No dark colors. The goal for this project is to portray a simultaneous melange of futuristic and retro elements. Color palette is pastel with extra attention to nearly-nauseating sea green and pepto-bismol pink. This is hardly the comforting pastel of weddings and flowers and French lace; this is the clinical yet violent sterility of nursing home hallways and juvenile detention centers. This is a kind of generational purgatory that’s echoes the artistic unfriendliness of both 1970’s shag carpets and 2170’s spaceships. Colors: Pantone 331, 304, 210, 155, possibly 1485
