Creamy Baked Feta & Tomato Orzo
30min · 2 servings Creamy Baked Feta & Tomato Orzo A quick and easy midnight crowd pleaser, and on the table in 30 minutes! 100g orzo • 250g block of feta • 200g cherry tomatoes • 2 garlic cloves, minced • Salt and pepper • 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp balsamic Fill an oven proof dish 2/3 full of cherry tomatoes. Scatter over 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper and stir to combine. Cut your block of feta in half and make two nexts for the feta, pop them in and drizzle with more olive oil and fresh basil. Bake at 180c for 20 mins. 15 Minute Creamy Garlic Single Serve Pasta!
15min · 1 serving 15 minute pasta pronto! I made this Creamy Garlic Spaghetti for my lunch in just under 15 minutes today and it is now a firm lunch time favourite! I wasn’t planning on making a reel of it but decided to last minute - ‘just incase it was good’ 😅 It can also be easily adapted portion wise, simply times the ingredients by however many people you are feeding! Firstly bring a pan of water to the boil and start cooking your pasta. I simply melted one tsp of butter over a medium heat and stirred in 1 tsp flour for 1-2 mins. I then added two crushed garlic cloves, 30ml vegetable stock, salt, pepper, 50ml of double cream and stirred. I spent the whole evening watching Pasta Evangelists videos for inspo last night and it was clean plates all round this lunchtime! My pasta maker was relatively inexpensive by Kitchen Craft but I have seen recipes that use a rolling pin too. As a general rule you just need 100g 00 flour and one egg per person, I made a two person serving, but made more later this afternoon.
