Bullet Journaling and Brain Dumping

Bullet journaling is an easy and creative way to improve your thinking. It gives you the benefit of writing and structuring your thoughts. And a brain dump is a great exercise to express your thoughts without having to structure or organize them. Very helpful. As a life coach, I recommend daily journaling for all my clients - either traditional journaling or bullet journals.
