iRick Wiggins on Instagram: "Say “YUM” if you would eat these Strawberry Cheesecake Bites 😋🍓🍫 What you need: 2 oz cream cheese 2 tbsp diced strawberries 2 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips 2 tbsp sweetener 1/4 cup almond flour 1 egg, whisked How to make them: 1. Combine your strawberries, cream cheese, sweetener and chocolate chips. 2. Roll into 4-6 balls. Freeze for a couple of hours. 3. Coat with egg wash, almond flour & air fry @ 400F for 6 mins. Take them out & enjoy! Pro tip: If you have low sugar snacks around, you could totally do this with cookie / graham cracker crumbs 👌"

Instead of using flavored, I suggest adding 1 TBS good vanilla extract and 2-3 TBS allulose to taste and use plain Greek yogurt - healthier option. 1 egg. How to make it: Blend all ingredients in blender. Place into 2-3 ramekins. Bake in a water bath for 20 min at 350F. Carefully remove from oven, let air chill and then place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Top with some berries and whipped cream. Enjoy!😉 Let me know how you like

Place greased muffin cups in a muffin tin. 2. Put a layer of peanut butter in the bottom of each cup. You can warm up the peanut butter first to make things easier. 3. Then top with your mashed strawberries & melted chocolate. 4. Freeze for an hour and enjoy! Pro tip: You can freeze for 30 minutes between each step so it has a more layered aesthetic. But either way it’s delicious 🤤👌"
