Ingredients: Crust: • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour • ½ cup white sugar • ½ cup brown sugar • ⅓ cup cocoa powder • 1 teaspoon baking powder • ¼ teaspoon salt • ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened • 1 cup raspberry jam Crumble Topping: • ¾ cup all-purpose flour • ½ cup white sugar • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened Chocolate Drizzle: • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips • 1 ½ tablespoons milk Directions: Step 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Step 2 Combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt for crust in a bowl. Add butter and cut in with a fork until crumbly.
