Barbacoa Tacos Recipe
These barbacoa tacos are loaded with tender shredded beef that's been seasoned with chilies and spices, then cooked low and slow until the meat falls apart.
Sara on Instagram: "ingredients: 3 cups of flour 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1/3 cup of oil (i used avocado oil and some bacon grease) 1 cup of hot water directions: in a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. then add in the wet. combine until the mixture is well combined and turns into a dough. Cover the dough with a warm towel and let it sit for 30 minutes. once rested, shape the dough into small balls, put back into the bowl, & (re) cover with a new warm towel for 15 minutes. during all of this, make sure to flour your surfaces. set out a pan over medium-ish heat. roll out your balls on a floured surface and let each one cook for 30 seconds to a minute on each side. but you do need to keep an eye on them. and enjoy! you can store them in a ziplock bag
