To cook my Mix Seafood Strifry with Oyster Sauce, I had to strifry each seafood type on the marinara mix separately, so with the vegetables, then lastly stirfry all the ingredient together.
40K views · 2.1K reactions | Nonna’s Spaghetti Marinara 🦞 🍝 🐟 👌INGREDIENTS👌 500 grams of Spaghetti 1kg of marinara mix Roughly 1 cup of @bluestateevoo extra virgin olive oil 2 garlic cloves chopped 1/4- 1/2 cup of white wine 1/4 cup of crushed canned tomatoes 1/4 cup of passata Salt & Pepper 👍DIRECTIONS👍 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil (for pasta). 2. Add @bluestateevoo extra virgin olive oil to a pan on medium heat. 3. Add your chopped garlic to the pan and let it cook off for 3-5 minutes. 4. Add the marinara mix along with your wine and cook for an overall of 10 minutes in a medium- high heat, mixing it through in between. 5. Take the marinara mix out with a colander and leave the oil behind in the pan. 6. Add your canned crushed tomato’s and passata, salt and pepper to your desire and give it a good stir and let it cook for about 5 minutes on a medium- high heat making sure you stir in between- don’t leave it unattended. 7. Add your pasta to the boiling pot of water. 8. Add the marinara mix back into the sauce/oil mixture and let it cook for another 5 minutes on a medium heat also stirring in-between. 9. Reduce your sauce/oil pan to a low heat and transfer your pasta when it’s ready. 10. Stir it through and serve with a crisp glass of Chardonnay. 11.
