Ingredients: 5 oz of Cooked White Rice Protein Mixture: 3 oz imitation crab Meat 4.5 oz canned tuna (drained) .5 Bunch of Green Onion (Whites) 22 g lite mayo 15 g sriracha 30g lite cream cheese 30 g Greek yogurt 4 g Furikake 2 oz of Seaweed sheets (Should be about 20 cals based off of the label) Instructions: Add all of the protein and seasonings together over a scale. Add Rice to a bake safe bowl then add the protein mixture and then top with more sriracha. Broil at 400 for 8-12 minutes (Keep an eye on yours, I have a weak oven so I had to broil it for a while). Lindsay Keosayian on Instagram: "CINNAMON RAISIN BAGEL BITES 🥯 Had to try this kind next and they did not disappoint! 🤯 You’ll need: 1 cup yogurt of choice 2 cups almond flour 1/3 cup raisins cinnamon coconut sugar 1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt and almond flour. Keep stirring until you reach a dough-like consistency. If it’s too sticky, add more almond flour. 2. Fold in raisins. 3. Roll the mixture into balls and coat each ball in coconut sugar mixed with cinnamon. 4. Transfer the balls to a parchment lined baking sheet (this batch made 12 bagel bites). 5. Bake in the oven at 350F for 22 minutes. 6.
