Here are some clean, vegetarian breakfasts, lunch, dinner, smoothie recipes. You can go really clean and use organic ingredients or just go as clean as you like. They are great for weight loss! The ones including pasta are good! Just remember to have one serving of the pasta and your good! Try to eat protein packed, carb packed breakfast to fuel your body and be burned for energy through the day and save lighter meals for after the 2pm period of the day :)
