This is very simple and you may start more away from the wall than I am or just do it against your couch. The sequence is simple: hold the first two stretches for 30s each side, and do 10 rotations on the last one. That simple. Notes: make sure you squeeze the glute of the leg that’s on the wall for the couch stretch and tuck hips under when you do the first two exercises. Keep arms as straight as possible for the rotations. Push away from the floor of the arm that is supporting you.
