Veggie Crescent Christmas Wreath Appetizer

This is a very easy and festive Christmas appetizer that's great to bring to any party. I love it because I make it on the same dish as my Christmas Breakfast Pastry Ring, so when traveling I can easily bring one and make the other dish when I'm there.
