This is Philadelphia whipped cream cheese. Super soft. It's good to use the whipped kind because it it's soft. Get the rest of that out. Need a little help here. Okay. There we go. And extra creamy cool whip. We're going to use this whole container. Here we go. See if this comes out a little more easily. Doesn't usually but that's okay. That's what we have our whisk for. Okay, there we go. Alright, we're going to whisk all of this together. And because we're making a lemon no bake dessert here we want this to look very lemony. And the only way to do that is to add a little food coloring. So I know this looks orange but it is yellow. I'm just going to put in a few drops here to start. That was about five drops. We'll see what that looks like. If we need more, we'll add more. Oh my goodness. Look at that. Mm hmm. That's nice. That's fun. Lots of whisking here. Takes some muscle. As this incorporates, I think you could certainly use a little more yellow, don't you think? Mm hmm. Okay. Add some more yellow. Just in just a minute. You can obviously pull out your electric whisk if you don't want to work so hard. There we go. That's nice. I'm going to do that one more time. Just to make sure we've got one, two, three. I'm not even counting at this point. Uh oh. So I would say that was maybe between 20 and 30 drops of food coloring there. I think that looks pretty good. What do you think? Mhm. Alright. We're going to bring over our little mini graham cracker pie crusts from Keebler. These are so nice because each party guest can have their own. Perfect little portion size there. Okay. As I mentioned, this is no bake. So, I'm just using this because it's easy to stick in the fridge and we're going to take our scooper and just scoop a little bit in each. Two scoops in each I think. So we'll do that. Go all the way around with this. I might add a third. But we're going to start with two and see where we're at. Alright some of these are a little less full so I'm just going to add a bit more. And then all we're going to do is stick this in the fridge for about an hour. And then we're going to add some really pretty toppings to finish this off. Okay, I think that's ready to go. Okay. Here are lemon mini pies. They look so good. Mhm. Right we're going to add some final touches to these. Whipped cream. Can't be whipped cream. I got a couple of these platters. So I'm just going to have this one and then a second one for the rest. Look at that. The sweetest little pies. There we go. Now, we've got some nice yellow and white there. We're going to finish this off with some lemon zest and this is my zester. Oh and it's sharp. Alright. You guys, I used to zest lemons with a cheese grater. Not going to lie. When I bought a zester, changed my life. It really did. It's so much easier. And I do love it. It smells so good, so fresh. Ooh, I'm kind of missing my Target, aren't I? There we go. You just can't get enough of lemons. I can't get enough of it. How's that? Mm hmm. Those look beautiful. Mm hmm. Okay. I suppose I should try one, yeah? Mm hmm. Alright, don't mind me while I grab a fork. Mm hmm. Here we go. This one looks like it's calling my name. Look at that. Mmm. Delicious. Mm hmm. Alright, I'm digging in. Gotta get some of this crust. I love graham cracker. I think I got some. There we go. So lemony. Mm. It's delicious. You guys have to try this.

Grab one packet of cream cheese frosting. Now we're going to grab a whole tub of Cool Whip and just plop that right in. Grab a big whisk and start mixing this all together. Um yeah that's not mixing very well. Alright we're calling in the reinforcements. Hopefully it doesn't splash. Let's go slow. Now be careful please. Alright that's looking thick and smooth. This actually smells so good. While that's in the fridge we're going to take our tart shells. We're just going to slide these out and place one into each little cup holder here. And then we're going to pop them in the oven so that they're nice and crispy. While our filling is in the fridge just hardening up. We're going to pop these in the oven at three seventy-five. And we'll let these bake for just 11 minutes until they're nice and golden brown. Our pie crescent out of the oven and they're nice and cool. And we're going to put in our pink mixture. Alright let's get a nice big scoop of this. Ooh. And just pop that right into our tart. These are so cute. They almost look like little bird's nests or something. Oh my gosh. You know what would be good on this? Mini eggs. Don't even say that to me. Quickly runs to the grocery store. I can't believe I haven't made a mess. Don't jinx it now though. Next scoop. Three more. One little scoop. Let it drip. That's the technique right there. And the last one here. Yeah there we go. Wow. Now we're going to pop these in the fridge for about an hour. Wait until they harden up and they are going to be so amazing. And we'll see these soon. Alright it's an hour. Let's check on our little tarts. Oh my goodness. Wow. I can't wait to see the finishing touches. We're going to go in with some sweetened coconut shavings. Ooh good choice. Uh huh. And we're just going to do a little sprinkle in the middle. Now let's skip a row. Oh. Okay. Just need a little. Next we're going to go in with chocolate shavings. I shaved these myself. So you know I put in the effort She did. I was here to witness that. You're my witness. Oh yeah. You can't you can't go wrong with these toppings. And last but not least we're going to pop on some mini eggs. Those are so cute just in time for Easter. Look at these little guys. They actually kind of do look like little birdiness. They do. And the last egg here. I cannot wait to take a bite. Look how good these turned out. Come on. Wow. Alright. Let's do it. Which one are you going to go for? Chocolate or coconut? Let's try coconut. Yes. Good choice. Cheers. This is really good. And it's so cute in pink. So festive. Yum.
