DIY Modern Cedar Address Sign
This is an inexpensive and easy way to add serious curb appeal to your home. I have made quite a few of these signs for friends and neighbors, framed and unframed, and they always look great on any style house. The design of the numbers give them a modern look, and adding the frame can soften them up a bit.
DIY Display Shelves
This little project made a huge impact on the look of my living room. I wanted to keep my shelves small, but you can adjust my measurements to suite your needs. This is a great shelf for displaying picture frames or framed art, instead of hanging them in the traditional manor.

Upcycled Wood Candle Holder - Easy
This candle holder is made by stacking old, Cedar fence posts to add some texture and a nice, rustic feel. You can use basic tools and change the candle color to match the holiday, occasion, or keep them white/cream-colored for every day use.
How to Stain Concrete
Staining your concrete slab or pavers is a cheap and easy way to make a dramatic difference in the look of your patio! I added new concrete pavers around my existing slab, so the new and the old were two different colors. It made sense to stain everything so the whole patio would be more uniform-looking.
