This was my first project in our new build. I chose this space first because I knew I was a bit rusty & if it came out horrible I could just close the door 😂 to my surprise it came out better than I could have hoped. But here’s what I would do differently next time around: 🤎 Applying the wallpaper was my last step, I’d apply it first before top piece of the chair rail for a smoother transition. 🤎 I painted the pole wrap (the material inside trim) after applying it to the wall. I would recommend doing it first. Painting in the spaces was challenging. It was also hard to reach behind the toilet to paint.
