It’s windy, grey and rainy today so not only do I want something warming and comforting but I want something bright and cheerful too and for me, tomato soup is the way. Slow-roasted for extra depth of flavour (which also happens to give me extra warmth in the kitchen from the heat of the oven) and ridiculously easy to make but to amp up the comfort food factor I’m serving it along side these stunning gruyere grilled cheese croutons. The ultimate comfort food in a bowl. • 450g tomatoes – I used the Tesco Finest Sugarbelle Vine Tomatoes from @tescofood • 2 red peppers – chopped • 1 medium onion – chopped

Lâu lắm rồi mình mới ngủ 1 mình, dù xa con có 24 tiếng thôi mà nhớ quá trời nhớ. Nguyên liêu: 1kg cà chua beef 300gr cà chua cherry 1 quả ớt chuông 2 củ hành tây 2 củ tỏi Gia vị gồm lá húng quế khô, lá xạ hương, muối và dầu olive. Nướng tất cả ở 210 độ C trong 30p, xay nhuyễn, cho thêm 1/4 cup nước cốt dừa. Nêm lại cho vừa ăn. Cho thêm ớt, lá ngò rí lên trên. Dùng kèm với bánh mì sourdough. ------------- Ingredients: 1kg beef tomatoes 300gr cherry tomatoes 1 bell pepper 2 onions 2 garlic cloves Seasoning with dried basil, thyme, salt and olive oil.
