So basically keeping your bladders muscles as relaxed as possible that way even when the slightest urge to go hits you just go 😊
A good way to dive right into it is to have a thick diaper on and just drink lots of water. I’d say 500ml every 30 to 45 minutes. (whatever work best for you, as sometimes drinking to much water to fast hurts my stomach💛). By drinking so much you are constantly going to be in that cycle of needing to go to the point where your bladder is going to get tired which is the goal. Once it’s tired you will be able to wet in small gushes to short 3 to 5 second streams. That feeling of how relaxed your muscles are from fatigue is what you wanna mimic outside of intaking that many fluids. Over time it will become easier 💛
I’ve been just going anytime I feel the need to for one month now ✨️ which helps to weaken those muscles and allow you to continuously go at even the slightest urge.
I record a wetting video every weak and each week that I’ve had to hold it in to record has gotten harder and harder to do so.
Idk if I’m going to stop yet though, my main goal is to become a consistent bedwetter so we will see
