I decided to use this lovely winterscape napkin for this particular craft. And I used my water pen to trace around the evergreen trees on the design and then cut the rest of the napkin to just fit in the bottom half of the charger. I used some of my Decoart decoupage glue and positioned that in place. It doesn't take a lot - just need a little bit of the glue down on your surface and then place the tissue over top and I folded the areas that I hadn't yet glued down because I didn't really want it to be overlapping too much. I didn't want the glue on the uncovered area of my charger plate because you can see it's quite reflective and I wanted to keep it that way. This particular napkin also had a pair of deer that I just couldn't resist including. So I separated them out and then glued them onto the winter scene. Next I used a bit more of the decoupage glue and put that on the branches of the trees and then sprinkled them with some Diamond Dust to give it a little bit of snowy sparkle. I added a really pretty wired grey ribbon with red berries. I just made a simple double bow with that and then glued that onto the top centre of the plate. I added in a little bit of greenery, some red berries, and then just a few little silver bells. And I absolutely love how this piece turned out. 989K views · 11K reactions | Dollar Tree Santa Gnome | Oops we did it again with some holiday items from the Dollar Tree! 🤗❤️🎅🏻 See how simple & sweet this craft truly is! #winterwonderland #inspire... | By Gnome & Backyard | Hi everybody it's Lee from Gnome in Backyard and today we are going to have some fun with these Dollar Tree Christmas trees so for starters I chose to use two of their white trees they are also available in green and you can use one for this project but again you know I love a two fur and I think two trees work just perfect for the look we're trying to achieve by the end of this video so I am zip tying my two trees together at the base and then I am getting rid of those white blocks on the bottom you don't need them if you do keep them on that's okay too now we're going to take and we are going to spread out the branches of our trees and again you're just really going to fluff up your tree like you would your regular tall Christmas tree does anybody else find this relaxing I know I do whenever it's time to bring out the faux trees at Christmas time it's just so relaxing to take and spread out all the branches now there were two that were taller and we're going to take and snip them off we also grab a Christmas hat a Santa hat from the Dollar Tree we're stuffing it with our plastic Dollar Tree bags and then we are stuffing our trees inside of our hat we're taking and we're snugly securing our hat to the tree we're folding it over in the back and then adding a very hefty bead of hot glue down the hat where we folded it over to secure it. Now, has anybody guessed what we're making yet? I'm sure some of my faithful followers have. We're also going to take and add another hefty bead of hot glue right there on the inside of the tree just to make sure the hat is staying snug or should I say the tree is staying snugly in the hat. So, we're flipped it over and we're going to do that on the friend on the front also. We're taking two of these cabinet knot knobs that I found at Ollie's for 49 cents. You know I love using wooden knobs and beads in my projects and yes you've probably guessed it. Let's flip this craft around. Let's put a hefty bead of hot glue on the back of our wooden cabinet knob and a little bit on the top and then yes let's place it in between the brim of our hat and our snow gnomes beard. Oh my goodness. I absolutely love him. He is too cute and you you know I have to chuckle whenever I add the nose to these. Now let's give him some holiday decorations for his hat. We just had some greenery in our stash and I had some of these cute pine cones that came I believe they were six in a pack from Walmart and we're just gluing them right there onto his hat to give him a little decoration. Use whatever you might have in your holiday stash. Now for the back we're going to just take a piece of ribbon tied in a knot on the bottom and then we're going to secure it to the back of our hat with some hot glue again to use this as a door hanger now you can use this as a door hanger you can include it in the middle of a wreath you can hang it on your wall on your doorknob anywhere you choose oh my goodness he is just too cute and too simple to craft for this upcoming holiday season I truly do hope you get the chance to craft one of these cuties up for yourself and thank you so much for continuing to sprinkle all of Gnome and Backyard's videos.

So, now that we've got that last one filled, what we're going to do is grab each ornament and just shake it up shake it really good alright guys so now that you see the paint is all over what you're going to do is just turn that right upside down into that tray and that way all of the paint has a chance to run down and drip out and you're just going to keep repeating this process with all of those ornaments just give them a good shake and make sure that they have enough in there so that it drips evenly all throughout last one and again we're just going to shake it So, now that we've gotten those paints dried out, what we're going to do is go ahead and turn them upright and place those toppers right back onto them guys so that you have your beautiful little ornaments upright and it'll make it for our next step so much easier. Alright, so all of our ornaments are nicely done as you can see. Now, we're going to steal some of those temporary tattoos from the kiddos and we're just going to peel that top layer off just like that and place it right onto our ornaments because we've got a Bahambug here and you're just going to go ahead and place that wet paper towel right on top of that temporary tattoo guys. You're going to do it just like you would a regular temporary tattoo. You're going to let it sit for just a second and then you're going to pick it up and peel it right off Would you look at that? It's so cute. You might have to tidy it up a little bit just because it isn't going directly on your skin so do keep that in mind. You're going to have to blot it. But there you go. You can make your own customizable ornaments. Alright we've got our last one here. We're going to give it a little Santa baby. We're going to get that wet towel. Spread it right on top. Give it a second. Going to lift it up. Pat it down. I've seen that this is the best way to actually get it because again these are plastic and not your skin. And you're just going to gently lift it up. And there we have it. We've got a nice little Santa baby here. And we're just going to set it down. And there you go guys. How cute is that?
