Summer Wear

This hot weather look is nice, and clean, and not sloppy. If you are in California, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, or even Florida, seersucker isn't a fashion option, this is. It typically uses a linen suit in off white or light gray, and a white banded collar (aka Mandarin collar) button up shirt. The suit can be substituted with chinos and a light weight blazer. The shirt should be breathable, like linen or cotton, and button up to avoid the common mistake of wearing a sloppy t-shirt under a jacket to stay cool in hot weather. T-shirts, no matter how nice the suit over them, make a guy just look lazy and sloppy. Same for shoes, go grey or tan, and breathable canvas is great, but not obvious "sneakers" with white or black soles (unless they are solid white).
