One in an eight by eight pan, and I've got that lined with parchment paper. This is totally giving me brownie batter vibes, okay? This is going in the oven at three fifty. This was in for 28 minutes. Are we all in agreement that the icing to this cake is the best part about the Deep and Delicious cake. Is that just me? I'm an icing kind of a girly, okay? A side note, let's talk about this cream cheese because there were several comments on a video recently of my cream cheese and in Newfoundland on the Philadelphia cream cheese, there's always been this little piece. I'm guessing it's not in other places. Let me know. Is this little piece of plasticky cardboard on your cream cheese and where you from? Need a quarter cup of butter and six ounces of cream cheese. The whole block is eight ounces so I just kind of guess that. These creamed together first. I can't make this up. I need one and a quarter cup of icing sugar and I don't have any like none in my house. So we're improvising one and a/ 4 cup of granulated sugar and I'm going to blend this into powdered sugar in my mini food processor. A quarter cup of unsweetened cocoa powder. One and a quarter cup of powdered sugar. You know I did it tasty and oh my god. It is just like a cake. I'm fully aware that the success of this do depends on this icing, okay? I'm going all in. Legit. I even let that cake fully cool. Fully cool. And I have the wrong tip in here. The wrong freaking tip in here, okay? The wrong tip. It's over. I'm done. Giving up. Long as it taste good, okay? Who cares what it looks like? I was hopeful for this but here we are and boom, we're done. Oh my god. I can feel how moist that is. The texture of cutting this cake feels like a deep and delicious. After all day of working on this cake to finally fail at the icing I all but taste good okay? Like I'm very hopeful. Holy sweet baby shitballs. I have never attempted to make or ever tasted a Deep and Delicious Duke before but oh my it's crazy how similar this is. It's not identical. No. No copycat recipe is. However you really should try this. This is so good.
