2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar or regular sugar
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
Instructions
Start by slicing your onion, carrots, cabbage, garlic,
and green onion and set aside for later use.

sauce, brown sugar, corn starch, water, oyster sauce,

Ingredients:
5 tbsps olive oil
1 carrot, grated
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cups of basmati rice
3 cups of water
1 stock cube
salt to taste

Method 
Wash and grate the carrot 
Chop the onion into small bits 
Measure out your rice and rinse several times in water until the water runs clear 
Pour olive oil into a pot and bring to medium-high heat (e.g level 7 on an induction/ceramic hob)
Fry the carrots and onion in the oil for about 5 minutes, stirring it every so often 
Add in the rice and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring it every so often 
Add in the water and once it starts boiling add the stock cube and salt to taste
