Pear-Cranberry + Crème Fraîche Pie — Fix Feast Flair

You probably won't believe me, but it actually rained here in LA yesterday, and it was glorious . I got to put on a jacket, bring an umbrella with me on my walk to the watch Fantastic Beasts with Moses, and it even got cold enough to wish that I grabbed something a little heftier.

Used only 1 1/4 cup flour, 1 stick salted butter, and 1/4 cup ice water to make one pie crust. Little sticky and wet when all mixed together. Pour out onto wax paper with flour and flour the top of the dough. Fold in half and keep flouring until not as sticky. Dolly into a ball and then press flat into a disk or plate shape. Chill in fridge for a few hours before use. Best pie crust I’ve ever had.
