All recipes are high protein, veggie packed, gluten free, macro friendly, clean ingredients, and many are dairy free or Whole30.

I have specifically designed each recipe to be as easy as possible while using as few dishes as possible. I make most of them with my 3.5 year old daughter who is “helping” 🫠 and still get them done in less than 45 min

I never had enough food to change things up or last me the amount of time I needed. This rule helps me stay on track and allows me to change my meals up and have enough to last me through the week! Here is how it works ↓

Prep:
2 Proteins (Chicken, Fish, Ground Beef, etc)
2 Complex Carbs (Rice, Potatoes, etc)
2 Veggies (Brussel Sprouts, a medley, etc)

✨Mix and match throughout the week!
✨Add different sauces (Primal Kitchen is my favorite), spices, or toppings (scrambled eggs, nuts, cheese, veggies) to switch up the flavors and keep each plate exciting!

I promise it’s not that complicated. If you want your family to eat better, keep better food options in your home. This is my secret to getting my kids to stay away from the junk. Does it mean they do it all the time? No. But I don’t keep it at my house so they’re less likely to want it.   It’s the same for us as adults. If it’s in the house, you’re more likely to want it. As a busy mom of multiple babes, I’ve realized that spending an hour to an hour and half in the kitchen at the start of the week helps make our week smoother.

I’m not putting myself on the back burner, my kids have healthy snacks, lunches are easier to pack, and we are all eating high quality food with less food wasted.

I got burnt out with meal prep after doing it for years but this makes it seem way more manageable and there are always options to grab.

Always PREP
