Put in time for studying, pre reading, doing your cases, anki, etc. and ACTUALLY follow it. I tried to just wing it the first month and it did not go over well. I like to make my time blocking a fun experience and sit down with a fun drink on Sunday night, play some music, and go over my weeks schedule!
