I use to think meal prep had to be boring but this is simple and sooo freakin good!!! To make tracking easy put meals like this into my fitness pal as a recipe so it’s easy to find and you don’t have to keep adding it in.

This took 20 mins to make and so delicious. 
Noodles were such a nice touch. 

Here is the recipe:
1 lb Ground Chicken 
1/4 C (60g) Sweet Chili Sauce (trader joe)
2 Tbsp (42g) Honey
2 Tbsp (30-45g) Sriracha
2 Tbsp (30g) Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp (16g) Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 red pepper, 1/2 green pepper 

Mix sauce: Siracha, soy sauce, sweet chili, honey, garlic powder and ginger. 
Cook your ground chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and put into a bowl.
