So sooooo proud of the way this Rajma came out. Extremely delicious !! 

Honestly just a month back I didn’t know much about  Zero Oil Cooking 

But with right technique nailed it and still learning 

And hello you can’t even make out there is no oil 😬

Note:- no oil cooking is all about following the right technique 

Serves 2-3 
1.5 tsp  Jeera
1 Onion; sliced
1 tajpatta or bay leaf 
1 cardamom 
1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Large Tomato puréed 
Salt
1 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1/4tsp Haldi
1 tsp coriander powder 
1 tsp cumin powder 
1 tbsp rajma masala 
1/2 cup soaked raw. Wash and soak overnight 
1/2 tsp jaggery to balance tanginess 
Coriander leaves for garnish
