This Fish en Papillote recipe captures all the classic flavors of the sunny region of the Mediterranean. A combination of ingredients, including juicy tomatoes, briny olives, tangy capers, fragrant garlic, olive oil, wine and refreshing lemon, is paired with fish. So much flavor all wrapped up in parchment paper parcels for a no-muss, no-fuss, healthy dinner!

15min · 4 servings The Best Shrimp Scampi with Garlic Rubbed Crostini Ingredients: • 1 lbs Black Tiger jumbo shrimp • 5 garlic cloves • 2 tbs olive oil for sauté • 2 tbs for sauté + 2 tbs to finish the sauce • 1/2 cup white wine • 1/2 lemon- juiced and zested • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (I used smoked) • Salt to taste • Pepper to taste • Parsley • Chives Method: • 1. Pat dry shrimp and season with salt and pepper; sauté in butter and olive oil for about 1-2 mins per side and set aside • 2. Crush you garlic and sauté until fragrant; add wine and simmer for a few minutes; • 3. Add the shrimp back, adjust salt and pepper, add more butter and squeeze lemon; simmer for another 2 mins and finish with parsley, chives, lemon zest, chili flakes and enjoy!

Seafood Bake of my Dreams- Cod, Scallops and Shrimp in a creamy, garlicky wine butter sauce with crunchy Parmesan crackers! Ingredients: 1 lbs Cod 1 lbs Jumbo Shrimp 1/2 lbs Scallops 1 stick (1/4 cup) butter, salted 2 garlic cloves 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup white wine 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream The zest of 1/2 lemon Black pepper, to taste Charred lemon, for serving Parsley Crunchy Cracker Topping: 4 oz @backtonature round crackers 2 tbs butter, melted 1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano Method: 1. Preheat oven at 400 F; 2. Over medium heat melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant; add wine and cook half way down; season with salt and pepper and lemon zest; turn heat on and add cream; 3. Pour the sauce over your clean seafood and make sure it’s well coated; bake for about 12 min
