Yep, knee pain plagues millions and millions of adults right now, and here is EXACTLY what I would have you start working on to make your knees stronger and less painful. 1️⃣ Single Leg Bridges - These strengthen your glutes and hamstrings, which are absolutely essential for pain free knees 2️⃣ Single Leg Deadlift - Not only does this strengthen those glutes and hamstrings again, but it builds up your inner/outer thigh knee stabilizers, too! 3️⃣ Step-ups - These build up your quad strength, so important! (Use a shorter box height if you’re just starting out.)
