Rhodena Buck/Potter on Instagram: "I'm working on perfecting the Salt Pig. I have one in my cupboard I made over 10 years ago. I love it because of how functional it is, but, well, it was the very first Salt Pig I made, and you can tell. 😂 I've tried a few different styles over the last couple of weeks and am getting close....not there yet. I thought I'd share the progress with you. There are still changes to be made. This one will hang out with me in my kitchen for a few weeks; I'll put it to use and then make a final one that I hope will be perfection--or pretty close. 😉"

waldo pottery on Instagram: "pink froggy salt cellar using the white clay gives me more glaze options to make brighter frogs, but something is still drawing me back to the speckled buff clay. still like this little pink frog tho, it definitely brightens up the kitchen. 🐸 . . #waldopottery #handmade #pottery #saltcellar #kitchendecor #frog"
Lucy Rutter Studio Pottery on Instagram: "This little salt cellar was a trial piece for a commission for a friend, some time ago. I decided it was too small for their needs and so it’s been bisque fired and waiting patiently until I finally had a sudden realisation! I need a salt cellar! I fired it in this speckled matte glaze, unloaded it from the kiln this weekend and was rather happy ... today, my lovely @rosie_char sent me a parcel of rather gorgeous items including this tiny wooden salt spoon ... salty-serendipity, I’d say 🤍 I’ve had rather a lot of gorgeous cards and messages and presents today as it’s my birthday, so thank you so much. I’ve been blackberrying, made a blackberry cake, and later on I’m taking it to the beach for friends ... pretty perfect day I’d say 🙏🏻❤️"
