Be Crafty

I was born a crafter from day one! My mother used to take my craft projects to school as examples for my classmates to create when she'd volunteer in my class. My paper bag puppets had hair, eyelashes, makeup, and clothes that I would design for them and cut out of material scraps. I even used staples as fasteners to close the jackets like buttons. So as an adult, I love to craft when I can find the time to. Sculptey colored dough is my new favorite medium.... Happy Crafting!

Cook on the stove over low/medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly until the mixture has a dough like consistency. Remove from heat and put the dough on a plate or bowl. When cool to the touch, knead until smooth. Roll till the desired thickness and create your paw print or the shape that you’d like to make. If you want to reuse the clay, store it in an airtight container in your fridge for up to one week. If you want to preserve your creation, place on a cookie sheet and allow to dry at room temperature overnight. Flip over to dry the other side a second night or till
