Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish. Toast and cube brioche bread. Whisk cream, milk, eggs, sugar, spices, and salt in a bowl. Stir in bread cubes and raisins (if using), let sit 10 minutes. Pour mixture into baking dish and bake 45-50 minutes (center clean with toothpick). Sauce: Heat cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a saucepan until simmering. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring. Cool pudding slightly, serve warm with Spiced Cream Sauce.
