If you’re looking for a dish that’s bursting with flavor and warmth, this is it! 💖 Here’s how to make this delightful dish: 1️⃣ In a pan, heat 2 tbs of oil. 2️⃣ On low to medium flame, fry 5-6 garlic cloves and 3-4 dried red chillies until golden. 🌶️ 3️⃣ Once garlic gets golden in color and chillies get properly fried, remove them from the pan and set aside. 4️⃣ In the same pan, sauté 1 thinly sliced medium onion 🧅 on slow to medium flame. 5️⃣ Next, add in 6 medium-sized tomatoes, cut in half. If needed, sprinkle a little water. Cover and let them cook till soft! 🍅

It’s so so delicious & fulfills all your dietary needs with protein, carbs, fibre & good fats all in one meal. Let’s make this. Serves 2 200 gms paneer 1 tbsp butter Salt to taste 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp oregano Coat the paneer slice in butter & all the herbs on both sides. Cook on a hot pan till golden brown. Keep aside. Herbed rice 1 tbsp olive oil 1/4 cup veggies, finely chopped (I’ve used onion, capsicum, red & yellow bell pepper)- the veggies here are completely optional. Salt to taste 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp oregano 1 cup boiled rice Heat oil in a pan. Add the herbs & veggies & saute for 30 seconds. Add the rice & cook for 2 minutes. Keep aside. Saute
