Man O' War
Winning 20 out of 21 races during the season in 1919-1920, Man O’ War was considered one of the greatest racing horses to ever live. Therefore it’s only fitting that the drink that bears his name is also outstanding with Bourbon, Cointreau, Sweet Vermouth, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup.
Full Monte No. 2
A bittersweet riff on a reverse Manhattan, the Full Monte No. 2 is adapted from a recipe created by Janelle Engelson at Gertie's Bar in Nashville. With Montenegro Amaro replacing Vermouth, this nightcap-style cocktail also has Bourbon and Angostura Bitters.
Black Rose
If you are after a Sazerac-style drink but with both Bourbon ad Cognac, then the Black Rose is perfect for this evening. Slightly fruitier than its new Orleans cousin, this drink is sweetened with a little Grenadine rather than a sugar cube and seasoned with both Peychaud's and Angostura Bitters.
Rose & Rosé Bourbon
When you can't decide between Bourbon and Wine, the Rose & Rosé Bourbon takes you to a wonderful middle ground. With Bourbon, Rosé Wine, Rose Syrup, Ruby Grapefruit Juice and a topping of Soda Water, this is a wonderful light and bright drink.
Teqroni
As you might assume from the name, this is yet another Negroni riff. If like us, you believe there can never be enough Negroni riffs, but would perhaps like yours a little lighter and sweeter, then this cross-continental drink with Tequila, Sweet Vermouth & Aperol won't disappoint.
Pomegranate Orange Balsamic Smash
A delicious cocktail made with fresh orange, pomegranate and pomegranate balsamic vinegar!
