Compass Aesthetic

Avery's compass was a trinket she bought during high school in Alaska; she bought it the same time her younger sister Abigail bought a pocket watch of similar design. Before Avery left for Reed College, Abigail and Amber, with the help of their dad, worked at his watch shop to turn the compass into a watch (with the compass needle as a seconds hand). In other peoples' dreams, it acts like a compass; in reality, it can be used to accurately measure seconds, though it can't tell time.
