Wilma Flintstone’s mother, Pearl Slaghoople from “The Flintstones”, is probably one of the most hated cartoon characters of all time. She’s definitely one of the characters I despise too because of her exemplifying the antagonistic mother-in-law stereotype and immense hatred of Fred. In her first appearances on the show, she was voiced by Verna Felton, who voiced the Fairy Godmother in Disney’s “Cinderella” and the Queen of Hearts in “Alice In Wonderland”. Upon the fourth season, she would continue to be voiced by the original voice of Judy Jetson herself, Janet Waldo. Waldo’s portrayal showcased her vocal range outside of her doing younger women and girls in cartoons.

🦴 Teenage Pebbles is fond of her Leonard Bernstone records. The episode “Groom Gloom” is the only episode of “The Flintstones” that depicts Pebbles as a teenager. It predates the spinoff series “The Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show” by eight years. 🎶🎵

🐾 Baby Puss rarely appeared in the original “Flintstones” series, but has been featured prominently in merchandise and the show’s opening and closing credits. He definitely takes pleasure in getting the better of Fred every time he attempts to put him out for the night, by getting Fred locked out of the house. 🐯🦴

🐾🎵🎶 Sebastian from “Josie and the Pussycats” and Astro from “The Jetsons” are indeed two very different characters who share the same voice actor. Aside from Sebastian being a cat and Astro being a dog, they were originally voiced by the legendary voice actor Don Messick, the original voice of Scooby-Doo. 🚀🛸
