History: Pre-edit text used the word “aboriginal” in stead of “indigenous” when referring to indigenous dogs of Alaska. (Aboriginal is a name referring to the indigenous people of Australia. Thus the pre-edit text would be confusing as to whether these indigenous Alaskan dogs were descendants from Dingo’s/ Aboriginal dogs of Australia. Which they are not).
