Elina Madison is an American actress, writer and producer.

Career

Elina Madison was born in Iowa on September 27, 1976. Elina moved to Los Angeles, California at the age of 17 to pursue acting. [1] She started her career as a fashion model and was signed with Elite Models the prestigious modeling agency. She worked in fashion shows in Paris, Japan and Hungary as well as New York and Los Angeles. In 1996 she landed her first professional acting job and earned her Screen Actors Guild membership with Award Winning director and actor Tom Hanks in 'That Thing You Do'. Elina has also worked with Award Winning director David Lynch in 'Mulholland Drive' and has an ‘Red shoe diaries episode’.[2]

She also starred in numerous horror genre films[3] [4] [5]such as the classic Creepshow 3 (2007), Petrified and the remake of The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde as well as producing and starring in Corporate Cut Throat Massacre (2009).[6] [7]

In 2008, Elina has starred in the Award Winning comedy 'Kissing Cousins' as Stacey and directed by Amyn Kaderali. Elina was next cast as Minty the lead heroine in Minty: The Assassin (2009) which is directed by Eugene Baldovino.[8]

In television, Elina has guest-starred on Emmy nominated Brothers & Sisters and NBC’s Las Vegas as well as working on shows such as Mystery ER, reoccurring on Untold Stories of the ER, National Geographic, Nickelodeon and The Discovery Channel as well as numerous other films and television programs and several local and national commercials.

In 2011, Elina’s credits include the feature films 'Huff',[9] 'Halloween Party', 'Brides of Sodom', 'The Girl with No Number'[1] and the ensemble character study 'Small Town Saturday Night' starring Chris Pine and Academy Award nominee John Hawkes.
