The seal itself is off balance by design so if the entire seal is "centered" it throws the seal off center as the cornucopia hangs off to the right further than the cap. The shield, helmet, banner, and horse head should now be in the center, as well as the goddesses. Very minor refinements where the hands meat the shield and where some lines/paths intersect.
