According to the 2011 census, the population of Sleaford Holdingham ward was 97.8% white; 1.3% Asian or Asian British; 0.7% mixed or multi-ethnic; 0.1% black, African, Caribbean or black British; and 0.1% other. 94% of the population were white British and 3.2% were classed as "other white" (neither British, Irish, Gypsy or Irish Traveller). 93.2% of the residents were born in the United Kingdom (88.2% in England), 0.4% in Ireland, 4.1% elsewhere in the European Union (2.7% in post-2001 accession states), and 2.5% in other countries.
