Abdulla Koya<ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.garshomonline.com/abdulla-koya-2018/|title=Abdulla Koya 2018|website=Garshomonline.com|accessdate=18 January 2019}}</ref> was born in [[Calicut]], a well known coastal town and aan important trade center in [[North Kerala]]. He is the third son of the late Kasmi Koya and Beevi. He was forced to find out small jobs as daily wages to support his family.
