In 1997, his sixth album, {{Lang|he|{{Script/Hebrew|כל מה שתרצי }}|rtl=yes}} (meaning {{Translation|"Everything you want"}}) reached triple platinum status within ten days of release. He was voted "Singer of the Year" in 1995, after his album {{Lang|he|{{Script/Hebrew|תפוחים ותמרים}}|rtl=yes}} (meaning {{Translation|"Apples and [[Date palm|dates]]"}}) reached triple platinum.<ref name="teev"/>
